A workshop at European norms

I work in a workshop build recently in compliance with European norms. My workshop has 5 cold rooms, two drying rooms, a drying oven, a cooking room and a air-conditioned room. Those equipments enable me to work in optimal conditions of food hygiene and safety.

Each product batch is subject, before selling, to tests in the drying oven to guarantee its quality.
