The meat"From Lozere"
To ensure
that we can always know where our meat comes from, we respect the quality
charter "From Lozère".
The bovine meat "From Lozere" comes from animals which were born, bred
and killed in Lozere.
The breeding takes place in an extensive way, considering the cycle
feed/cow-shed. The animals spend at least two seasons grazing. They are
exclusively fed with grass and vegetable or animal products.
They are killed in places approved by the "From Lozere" association,
where all the precautions are taken to ensure the best quality (conditions
of killing, hygiene).
The bovines are selected only after the killing, according to criterias
of weight and fat. |
