Since 2001, the Peyre company is installed at Aumont-Aubrac in Lozère. There, it prepares ready-made meals using tasty meats coming from animals bred in Lozere, following the tradition of moutain people. The Peyre products combine authentic recipes and conditions of breeding with the most recent technics.
