You know now almost everything about my recipe of crunchy cakes. So let me now complete these explanations by a few pictures...

Croquants cutting

Once ready, the crunchy cake dough is spread with a rolling pin and then carefully cut in small rectangles. The dark spots you may see on the picture are ground almonds and hazelnuts.

Then, you only have to lay the cakes out on a wide dish and put them in the oven. Now just wait, it will shortly be ready.
