For instance, our crunchy cakes such as "le croquant" and "le bastou del pastre" are only made from flour, milk, fat, eggs, sugar, honey, hazelnuts, almonds, vanilla, and baking powder. In our recipes, everything is done by hands without any coloring, nor preservative. Local representants of state department for hygiene control our activities regularly to ensure that we meet these standards. Our specialties are well known in Lozère since many years. They have been rewarded many times in professional trade fairs. Lately, in 1999, our raspberry macaron was rewarded by the Trade Chamber of Lozère. |
