Cooked pork and vegetable sausage

The herbs and vegetable sausage is a typical dish from Lozere in the center of France. This recipe is made with a mix of pork meat and various vegetables and herbs (cabbage, Swiss chard... ).

Tasting : warm it up slowly and serve with some boiled potatoes.
