Chestnut tree honey

This honey is produced by a group of beekeepers from Pont de Montvert in Lozère right in the middle of the National Park of the Cévennes. The sweet chestnut honey is made of at least 80% nectar coming from chestnut trees.

My serving advice : for breakfast, the honey represents a real energetic contribution. You can also use it to sweeten your tea or coffee.
