Blackberry jam

The mulberries are abundant in the National Park of Cèvennes along the roads and lanes surrounding the fields. However, you need to be patient when gathering them.

My serving advice : at any moment of the day, on a piece of crusty bread, delicious !

Composition :	Wild mulberries, cane sugar, fruit pectin, lemon juice. Prepared with 50 g fruits per 100g.
