Wood : most of the time elf, ash or beech grown up in Lozere or in the neighbouring counties. How to use : as a regular plate as our ancestors used to use it. Made in wood, it is very convivial and warm. You can use it to present apetizers or as fruit dish. How to maintain : after use, rinse out with wam water. Oil from time to time with a kitchen oil (sunflower or olive oil). Comments : this plate is hand made by Mr. Sirvins, wood craftsman in Lozere (France).
