Origins : this chestnut syrup is prepared by Celine Mathieu without any colouring nor any chemical. It is made with the best kind of chestnut from the Cevennes region.

Tasting tip : 5 to 7 volumes of water for any volume of syrup. You can also serve it with milk. Add it to a white wine and you will get a cevenol kir. It can also sweeten and flavor your fruit salads and your ice creams.
